About Esmé Ruth Andrews

I am LGBTQIA + affirming and am well-versed in kink, polyamory, and ENM. I help those with trauma using EMDR. I also can help with interpersonal conflict using a variety of techniques including DBT. Anxiety and depression go hand in hand and can have you spiraling out of control.MY specialty therapies include EMDR and IFS. For talk therapy, I prefer strengths- based and using basic interpersonal skills to create a safe space for clients to talk. Some previous clients have said they did not feel like they were in therapy with me, but that it still worked to alleviate symptoms of depression and anxiety.
